A visit to a shop that sells paint ,confirms that what paint is available on the shelf, has different names and more choice of colour.

The trend, of mixing paint colors in computer aided mixing units, was very popular. This trend for individual, subtle colors, has been copied by the more distinct paint manufacturers.

She achieved her first great success when her partner at the time, Malcolm McLaren, asked her to design clothes for a band he managed – the Sex Pistols. The recognition was huge as Westwood daring designs made the punk genre popular in both music and fashion while advertising menswear and womenswear to young people.

Shoes, Bags, Wallets (And All Things Croc)

No comments yet - CommentLuv enabled! Urban Fashion and Urban Culture

800px Morelets.crocodile.arp Shoes, Bags, Wallets (And All Things Croc)As you may have already heard, crocodiles are on the Endangered Species List. This 200 million year old reptile, which has existed on the planet for all that time with little change to its form, was almost rubbed out during the 20th century. In the years between 1900 and 1967 crocodiles were nearly hunted to extinction. Fortunately laws were enacted to reverse this trend and they’re slowly making a comeback but they’re not out of the woods yet.

Crocodiles are fascinating creatures of an almost prehistoric nature. They can be found in Asia, Australia, Africa and the Americas. In the U.S., they’re only found in one area, southern Florida.

Though similar in some respects, crocs and gators have numerous differences and even belong to different families. They’re cousins. One easily recognizable difference is in the color. Crocs are lighter, usually an olive brown shade while alligators have a darker, almost black coloration. The nose (snout) of a crocodile is a narrowly tapered V-shape. A gator’s is shorter, wider and more U-shaped.

beach fashion What To Wear And How To Wear?Rules are made to be broken. Many objects women wear today were, not long ago, prohibited. Katherine Hepburn and Marlene Dietrich were the ones that placed trousers in fashion. They were worn by women working in mines (in England) or the female farmers in the United States. In France only an endorsement of the prefecture was able to entitle you to such a luxury.

We must keep in mind that clothing is one of the most politicized issues, because it takes into account the time and the existing concepts. The famous Coco Chanel Fashion is the one that has set the tone in terms of wearing trousers. Retrieving objects like male clothes was mean to penetrate the social sphere, but that was more than a slap on the patriarchal tradition.

The straight pants are also known as classical-male. Trapezium trousers are tailored like a flaring-specific hippie style. The skinny pants are very tight on the leg and they can be regarded as being specific for the punk subculture. Hot pants represent a very short and tight model of pants. “Garcon” pants are tailored with stripes down the middle, straight or wide. Dress pants are very large, but they must not be confused with a skirt. A low seat pant is the model worn by hip-hop singers.
