In this day and age, most of us want to become healthier, happier, fitter, and more spiritual. After all, we are now in the 21st century. The practitioners of yoga are probably on the forefront of leading the new spiritual revolution. The problem is that many people do not want to be spiritual at the expense of being cute. People think that it’s all right to try to be Buddha, but they do not want to look like him. This is the reason why many people including myself want to learn yoga while wearing cute yoga clothes.

In my opinion, it’s impossible to be spiritual without being fashionable at the same time. This may sound like a contradiction, but I don’t think that it’s a contradiction at all. After all, your interactions with other people will show the level of spiritual knowledge that you possess. You will not be able to share your spiritual experiences as readily if you do not wear clothing that flatters you and makes you seem accessible and appealing.

There are also no better places for cruising for young, attractive, and sensitive men or women than yoga classes. I always make sure that my inner state of bliss finds its counterpart in the experience of anyone who is looking at me when I wear my yoga outfit. To put it in simple words, I look hot in my yoga clothes.

You can usually find good yoga clothes in a specialty store but almost anything used for sports can be yoga clothes. It makes sense to stay as close to popular styles but there’s still room to experiment. For example, you can use warm-up pants as yoga pants. The high tech, synthetic shirt that you use for camping can also work for yoga. You will have no trouble at all making interesting and innovative outfits as long as you have a keen eye for fashion and a practical sense of what is required for yoga.

Keep in mind that there is no need to sacrifice comfort for fashion, when you are selecting yoga clothes. Clothes that appear to be uncomfortable will also look unfashionable. Good yoga clothes can do it all because they can flatter your figure, give you plenty of room to move around, and comfort you with their softness and malleability.

So what drives us to this passion for fashion if it isn’t vanity?For me personally it is an art form.I love the unique,different and sometimes bizarre because it fuels creative passion inside.I see something beautiful in every woman I come in contact with.I don’t mean “internal beauty”B.S.Lets just face it that is a load of crap.There are “beautiful” and “ugly” people who are horrible human beings and the other way around.I’m talking about actual physical appearance.First impressions only.So many women don’t see their actual physical attributes for many reasons.They may have the most beautiful personality on the inside but they take a look in the mirror and see nothing they find attractive about themselves.The blow to their self esteem can impact who they are inside and how they react to others.If you know someone or see someone who looks a little low on the self esteem department finding something attractive about that person and letting them know can make their day and possibly change their outlook on themselves.

My absolutely favorite thing to see is a 90 year old lady who’s looks have long gone walking down the street in her bright red lipstick and matching red orthopedic pumps.You know when she was getting ready to go out she felt pretty and young.After all its really about how you feel about yourself.

Don’t compare yourself to 90lb super models who are barely 18 years old.Look at what you find attractive in other women in your same age and size range.What are they wearing or doing with their makeup or hair that you like?Treat yourself to a new lip gloss in a similar shade, a trip to the salon for a new do, or a cute shirt in a style you’ve seen that you like.

Don’t be afraid to look in the mirror and say yanno what I like my lips or eyes.Or god forbid…I have nice boobs!We all tend to see the worst in ourselves and focus on hiding those parts instead of enhancing the parts we like.It isn’t vanity,its self love and awareness.When you exude confidence and feel attractive others will see you that way too.

Treat yourself like the princess you are and demand others to treat you the same as you treat yourself.This doesn’t mean you need to be a glam queen and wear glitter and a tiara!(although that would be a nice touch)You just need to celebrate your beauty every once in a while.Enjoy being a woman! Once you have added the rice to the boiling water, cover the pot and reduce the heat to low for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you will want to remove the pot from the heat, but do not remove the lid. Leave the pot to rest uncovered for another 15 minutes or so. Any longer than 15 minutes and your rice can end up soggy and mushy.

The two steps that cannot be overlooked are ensuring the correct rice to water ratio, along with adding rice after the water is boiling. These two things differ from the way white rice is prepared, so they are the areas that people tend to mess up when cooking brown rice.

Once you start to cook brown rice more often, you will begin to get a better feel for the right way to cook it and in no time at all, you will be a pro.
