In what’s been a great year for TV, what have been the best Television shows of 2010? It might be tough to go past Nutty Men. The show is focused on Don Draper and the comings and goings of a Big Apple ad agency in the 1960s. The show has become a hit and is among the most observed programs on TV.

The past season was an exceedingly turbulent one. Don Draper was handling his past and the result of his divorce. Meanwhile the new firm was making an attempt to find its feet. It had been a period of expansion for both Peggy and Pete while Roger Sterling failed to know whether he was coming and going.

Then there was Breaking Bad. This show is about a person in New Mexico who is trying to deal with his health and marriage problems while making meth. His brother in law is a DEA agent and that only complicates things. It was gripping television and both of the male leads walked away with very well deserved Emmy Awards.

Glee is now of the most popular shows on television. It is all about the happenings with a Glee Club at a high school in Ohio. The show carefully blends drama, comedy, touching moments and of course the music. There were some stand-out episodes most notably the Britney Spears and Rocky Horror Shows one. Looking forward to what this show has to offer in 2011.

House continues to go from strength to strength. It has been forced to rebound from the loss of Olivia Wilde who played thirteen. Now House is continuing his relationship with Cuddy and it looks to be going well. He is growing and maturing as a person as he deals with all his interpersonal issues. Then you have his interactions with Wilson which always works really well.

Modern Family would be the best new show of 2011. The show revolves around three families that are all connected. It is a superb show and one that works with a very quick pace. The ensemble cast bounces off each other beautifully and the show makes for some very entertaining viewing.

Men of a Certain Age isn’t that widely known nevertheless it should be. It’s a touching show about 3 male pals who are all middle aged. They’re handling the problems of family, career and life generally. Ray Romano is the star of the show and gets divorced in the course of the show. Then you have Andre Braugher who takes over his father’s vehicle agency. Ultimately there’s Scott Bakula who is an actor who does not truly know what to think of his life.

Then there has been some TV in 2010 that has not been that good e. G the Wedding Ref, Outsourced and The Event. Anticipating 2011 and what it must offer. Hopefully it is more of the same quality entertainment.
